Hospice of South Georgia, Inc., is a community based and community supported non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional yet compassionate clinical, emotional, spiritual and bereavement support to our patients and their families through hope, dignity and love. We provide hospice services to families in Appling, Bacon, Brantley, Jeff Davis, Liberty, Long, Pierce, Tattnall, and Wayne Counties, as well as portions of Coffee, Glynn, McIntosh and Ware Counties.
For over 11 years, generous community support has enabled Hospice of South Georgia, Inc., to provide unparalleled physical, emotional, and spiritual end-of-life care to patients and their families in southeast Georgia. Over the years, many in Pierce, Wayne and surrounding counties have expressed a desire to contribute to our organization in a way that also commemorates or honors a family member, friend or organization.
Our Brick Memorial Walk, which will encircle a fountain in a garden setting on the grounds of our new facility in Jesup, will fulfill this wish and provide many people with a beautiful setting for peace and reflection.
By purchasing an engraved brick, you create a lasting memory that honors a loved one, organization or event. Proceeds from the Memorial Walk will help support a variety of essential patient and family services at Hospice of South Georgia, Inc.
Bricks can be purchased at any time throughout the year. The cost of an engraved brick is $50.00. Each brick may have up to 3 lines of information with up to 18 characters (including spaces and punctuation) on each line.
